My name is Gabriella and I am a teenager who lives in Texas. I love to eat and cook and about a year ago I started creating recipes of my own. I am heavily influenced by Mediterranean cuisine and as you may be able to tell from my recipes, I am a huge fan of a Middle Eastern/North African chili pepper paste called Harissa.
