Hummus

Ingredients:


- 1 1/2 cans of chickpeas

- 2 spoonfuls of tahini

- 1 lemon- juiced

- 5 cloves of garlic- minced

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- pinch of salt and pepper

- optional: 1 packet of hot sauce or 1 tbsp of harissa


Steps:


  1. mix all ingredients in blender and blend!

  2. top with olive oil, lemon juice, olives and harissa

  3. enjoy!!
